Happy St. Patty's Day!

Party Bus!

On Saturday night we hopped on a party bus as we celebrated "Leap Year" birthdays. Three of our friends have Feb. 29th birthdays which technically only makes them 6 and 7:) We thought that was a pretty good reason to celebrate with a bus and bar hopping.

We made it to quite a few different bars. From karoke, to a breast cancer fundraiser, to a very interesting band, we had a fun night! The bus was a blast! I have never done a party bus before. Loved it!

Awww...Refreshing!

It was the perfect day for a walk outside! Nothing like fresh air. It felt so wonderful to get out and enjoy the warm (yep..40 degrees seems warm) weather.

Not only did I enjoy my walk, but Chase and Sasha did too. I think they have been looking forward to this day for quite some time. They were pretty thrilled to get out for a walk!

Let's hope the weather stays "warm" so that I can continue to walk outside versus the boring treadmill:)

2nd Annual Duluth Trip

We packed our car up Friday afternoon and headed north to Duluth for the weekend. We enjoyed our 2nd annual Dodge's Log Lodges Duluth trip. This year we joined 19 of our friends at cabin's on Lake Superior. The cabins and scenery are absolutely beautiful.

We got up to the cabin's on Friday night and spent the evening playing games and catching up with our friends. The evening did not end early...I think we went to bed a little after 4. Yep! Late night!

On Saturday, some of the crew headed into Duluth where we did lunch. We ate some yummy Mexican food and had great margaritas! We were loving the beautiful day.

We put on the winter clothes for some fresh air and beautiful scenery!


As usual, we had an amazing dinner on Saturday night. We had food to feed an army! Lots of leftovers, which are always good too!

On Sunday, we hit Black Bear Casino on the way home. Unfortunately, we didn't have a lot of luck. I won five dollars! Woo Hoo! But, Eric went -$40. So, not our greatest day. But a ton of fun.
