Christmas 2014

We had a MERRY little Christmas!
We started off our Christmas with a lovely
Christmas Eve church service.
We spent the rest of Christmas Eve with Eric's family.
It was a lovely day!
Lots of relaxing, laughing, eating, and presents!
 Family Christmas picture!
 My little munchkins!
A few of the Chap cousins
The whole Chap group...I didn't get a picture of everyone looking
but it is still a fun picture!

We spent Christmas Day with my family at my parents.
We spent the day hanging out and lounging around.
In the evening we took a trip to see some fabulous Christmas lights
and the biggest snowman ever. (See below)
It was a very nice day!
 Another family photo!
 Me and my little sweetie!
 And my buddy!
Great Grandma Remme with the grandkids.
 Check out this snowman!
It was the biggest snowman I have ever seen.
So cool!
And one last picture of this little stinker trying
to get into the presents!

We hope all of you had a Merry Christmas!

Cohen's preschool Christmas program

This handsome little guy
had his very 1st Christmas concert last week!
This year he is going to Little Lambs preschool
two days a week.
It is an amazing preschool.
We are very lucky to have such a great place for Cohen to go.

They put on the most adorable Christmas program!

 Cohen standing in the stable!
 The preschoolers!
One of the songs they sang was
"Come Ring Those Christmas Bells."
Cohen loved ringing the bells while singing the song!
In this picture they are singing "Away in the Manger."
They did such a great job acting out the part!
Grandpa Roger came to watch the boys.
 Parker and Cohen.
Parker also goes to Lambs with Cohen.
Cohen and his good buddy Jacob, and Parker.
Cohen and Coral, a daycare friend.
 Auntie Jesse came to watch.
 And auntie Tina.

The best family picture we could make happen :)

Was such a proud mama moment!
He did a fantastic job!

My little angel

A sweet picture of this little angel!
As we were decorating this year,
I wanted to be sure to catch a couple of pictures
with Brynlee playing in the Christmas lights.
I just love this one!
So sweet.

The Jolly Fellow in Red

On Sunday we paid a visit to Santa!
Brynlee wasn't quite sure about Santa.
She acted very shy.
At least she was willing to sit on his lap for a quick picture.
Cohen on the otherhand, was thrilled to see Santa.
He sat on his lap for quite a long time.
He wouldn't stop talking to him.
It was pretty cute.

In the car on the way home we asked Cohen
what he told Santa he wanted for Christmas.
His reply was "that is a secret between me and Santa."

This Santa is such a great Santa!
So friendly.  And not scary looking!

I wonder if Santa will bring Cohen and Brynlee
what they asked for?!  :)

Cohen's 4 year update...

Cohen has turned into such a little boy this year.
Definitely not a toddler anymore!
Time just continues to fly.

Here are his 4 year stats...
Weight: 38 lb. 6 oz. (72%)
Height: 3 ft. 4 1/2 in. (55%)
He eats like a bird so we figured he would be
lower on the scale for weight.
In fact, his doctor said he is very healthy
and actually is considered "overweight."
What?!?  He is a skinny thing!
I am not concerned :)

Some of the things Cohen loves...
~Legos
~Superheros
~Ninjas
~Ninja Turtles
~Pirates or anything that fights
~Putting puzzles together
~Reading
~Riding Bike
~Riding four-wheeler
~Camping
Favorite food: Chicken Noodle Soup
Favorite color: blue
Favorite cartoon: Elf on the Shelf
Favorite Movie: Frozen
Favorite candy: Starburst

Cohen is learning so many new things this year!
He started preschool this fall and loves it.
Cohen can...
~Write his 1st name
~Identify all of the uppercase letters
and some lowercase letters
~He is doing great with coloring and drawing
~Cohen sings songs often
~He knows his bedtime prayer and mealtime prayer by heart
(has for a couple years now)

Cohen is growing up so fast!
We love watching him learn the things he does.

We love you buddy boy!
Happy 4th birthday!
