A Valentine Party

Cohen celebrated Valentine's Day

with his friends Sophia, Jacob, William and Kenzie.

They had an entire day of fun!

 They had lots of fun treats and toys to play with.

 They made strawberry cupcakes.

the kids got to lick the spoon, bowl, etc...

 Of course they got to eat candy!

 Baby William hung out and watched.

Look at all the fun they had on

Valentine's Day.

Last weekend Tina caught this precious

watching Toy Story together!

And I love that Cohen has such a good pal

Future Rocker?!

As we were wrapping up the painting weekend

we had moved the paint cans into the kitchen.

I came out into the kitchen and found that Cohen

had set up his own drum set.

He used paint cans for his drums, a paint stick

to play the drums and his sit-and-spin toy as a

chair to sit on while playing the drums. 

Pretty creative!  Love the imagination he has!!

 He had a blast jamming out on his drums.

He kept himself entertained for quite a while!

Future rocker?!

Not sure about that...

If he is anything like his mama,

he will not have a musical bone in his body!

Cohen got to spend time last weekend

Helping with a Home Makeover!

We spent the weekend redoing our

bedroom and bathroom.

This has been a long awaited makeover!

My parents and Josh, Erin, and the kiddos

came up to help us paint the rooms.

I forgot how much work it is to make over

a room/rooms in the house.

A lot of preparation...thanks Eric!!

The bedrooms walls look great!

Thanks mom and dad!

Now...it is just to get the rooms put

back together! 

Cohen had lots of fun helping

(or what he thought was helping.)

On Thursday night as we were taking down

things off the walls and taping,

Cohen was busy "fishing" in the bathtub.

That was his version of helping us.

 

 Here he is catching a big fish!

 On Saturday he wanted to be like Grandpa...

we gave him a roller with no paint

and let him go nuts on the walls.

 He caught on to that quite fast.

He wanted to real thing!

So Grandpa let Cohen help paint the wall.

He loved it!

 Eventually we got him to use the small roller again.

What a good little helper...he he!
