Memorial Weekend

A big congratulations goes out to this boy!  

Our nephew Josh graduated from high school!  

This past weekend we celebrated with him.

It has become quite a tradition to celebrate grad parties

at Eric's dad's house and to camp for the weekend.

We spent the day on Saturday celebrating Josh.

We are so proud of you Josh!

We know you are going great places!!

As we know...Memorial Day weekend always seems to be rainy.

And a great weekend celebrating Josh!

18 months old!

18 months...hard to believe.

She is growing like a little weed!

Brynlee is a busy little bee.

She is a ball of energy and very curious.

She keeps me BUSY!

But she is the sweetest, loving, and happy little girl!

We had her 18 month check up last week.

Here are her stats...

Weight: 22 lb. 7 oz. (48%)

Height: 31 1/4 inches (35%)

Head: 47 cm. (78%)

She is a skinny little mini.

Must be all the running she does!

Brynlee loves to play outside.

She would play outside all day and night.

She also loves to read books, play babies, get dirty.

Yep...play in the dirt and splash in the water.

She is finally starting to talk a little bit.

Up to now, she hasn't said much.

She can say ma-ma, da-da, all done, bye- bye,

night-night, hi, and nuk.

Brynlee is a smart little cookie.
She just chooses not to talk a lot.

I am looking forward to a fun and fast paced summer

with the kiddos!

Reese's Birthday Celebration

We finally got to celebrate this little girlie!

After all the sickness that went around this winter, 

we enjoyed a fun birthday celebration for Reese.

It was a "golden" party for the golden birthday girl!

 Isn't she adorable!!

 Brynlee wanted a chance to sit in the princess seat :)

Cohen found Eric's cowboy hat the other day.

He had fun posing for pictures with the hat on.

Haha!  Little stud!

A new journey...

Over the winter, Eric and I found a piece of land

that we fell in love with!

Finding that land meant we had a big decision to make.

Do we buy the land and build our "forever" home?!

After many conversations and mixed feelings, 

we decided to do it!

On April 14th we put our house on the market.

On April 15th nearly 30 hours after going on the market

we had an offer on the house!

Pure craziness!  

Super exciting.  But still surreal.

Our closing date is set for June 5th. 

So the nonetheless to say...

we have a lot to do in a short time!

We hope to begin building toward mid-summer!
