2017 Christmas Celebrations

We had an amazing time celebrating Christmas!

We started out at the Remme's house this year.

We enjoyed ice skating, making gingerbread houses,

great food, good company, and lots of fun playing!

We enjoyed being able to relax and make it 

a low key Christmas! 
Lots of lounging and just spending time together!

Auntie Erin bought matching pj's for all the kids.

They all looked super adorable!

 Saturday was beautiful for skating!  

We all got out on the pond and did some skating.

 We came home Christmas Eve

after enjoying a lovely candlelight church service.

Cohen and Brynlee were so excited to open 

their presents which they were very happy with!

 From there, we spent some time with 

Grandma Carol and the Thompson's!

Some good quality time visiting together!  

Such a wonderful way to end our Christmas Eve!

On Christmas Day we spent it at Roger and Julie's!  

Just a wonderful day!

Lots of good food, great company, 

and kicking our feet up to relax and enjoy the day!

It really just can't get much better!

After so many fun days Brynlee was wiped out!

As I reflect on these last days I think...

Gosh...I am thankful for my family and friends.

Ho, Ho, Ho!

We paid a visit to Santa!  

Santa joined us at Eric's Grandma's Holiday party

for the second year in a row.  

He is so good with the kids and makes them laugh.

We just love this Santa!

Cohen is asking for:

-a remote control car

-a Wii game

-Nerf guns

- Laser tag

Brynlee is asking for: 

"Barbies and Babies"

 And then there was this Santa...

we visited this Santa at the mall.

He was a creepy Santa if you ask me!

Reminds me of a "Bad Santa."  

This was the 1st year that both kids loved Santa!

So fun to watch the magic in their eyes when they see the big man!

Hoping that magic stays with them for a long time to come.
