My pretty little lady

This little girl loves to play with my make-up!

She always wants to watch me put it on

and then she has to try and put it on too.

I try and give her my powder brush to keep her busy

but usually she finds her way to the eyeliner and mascara.

She was having fun using the brush

and I caught some adorable pictures of her.

We have unpacked a lot.

It feels like home and that is the best thing!

Everything else will happen eventually.

We are very grateful for Eric who built this house.

And we are very thankful to have him back!

We are so happy to be HOME!

My packing buddies!

Well...we have packed up and moved in

to our new HOME!

Last week we spent a lot of time packing

the apartment and getting ready for the move.

We have since moved in and begun unpacking

in our new house.

The last couple weeks have been a whirlwind.

I will try and get pictures of the house up soon.

So until then...here are a couple pictures 

of my packing buddies.

 They had a blast in our packing boxes.

Before packing it was fun to make tunnels with the boxes.

And play hide and seek in boxes.

It feels great to be in our new house!

Looking forward to having Eric back 

and living life in our new home!!!

Time for a house update!

Eeekkk!!!  We are oohhh so close!  

We are hoping that we will be moving in in 2 weeks!

Things are coming together nicely.

Carpet is being laid tomorrow.

And hopefully countertops will be sometime this week as well.

Eric needs to finish laying the flooring in the living room

and we need to get the fixtures finished up.

There are many things that will need to be finished up this spring

but will be good enough to move in SOON!

 The outside is shaping up nicely.  

We are missing our front porch and our columns.

That will come this spring.

I was bummed that the columns didn't go in earlier

but it got cold and there were more pressing things

that needed to get done on the inside first.

Last night as the sun was setting we saw 4 deer run through.

It was picture perfect!

A big thank you to my parents, Eric's mom, Nathan, Aubrie 

and many others for all the hard work cleaning this weekend.
