Harley weekend

Eric and I enjoyed a weekend of riding on the Harley! On Saturday we had a trip planned to go east toward Stillwater. We had a whole crew going with...Eric's sister and finace Nathan, Nathan's brother Jean, Eric's mom, Eric's uncle, and a few buddies.
Our trip was amazing! We made several stops along the way at different tourist spots. We made it all the way to Osceola, WI before turning back. The roundtrip on Saturday was about 200 miles.
A pit stop at a restaraunt in Wisconsin. You can smoke in the bars here...so crazy to see that!

A pit stop at the Joint in Minneapolis...A really cool bar
On Sunday we went for a second run. This time we headed to the west. We went through so many towns that I had never been through. And I found so many towns that I always wondered where they were because you ALWAYS see their schools getting canceled in the winter due to snow...well now I know. They are in the middle on nowhere!
It was the perfect day for a bike ride! We put on over 200 miles on Sunday as well.
The best part about this trip was the sunglasses tan I got! The sun has given me a permanent pair of sunglasses! NICE!!!! I look like a freak:)

Erin's baby shower

Last Sunday Erin's friends put on a baby shower for her. It was a wonderful day for a shower. Erin had a great turn out for the party. And she got a ton of great baby gifts! Little Carter is going to be pretty well set for along time! He is going to be one trendy kid. Erin still has two more baby showers before the little guy arrives! I am sure she will get many more wonderful gifts. Erin is at 34 weeks now! This baby could be making a visit anytime soon! We can't wait to meet the little man!

Chap Family Camping

Last weekend was our Chap family camping trip in Garrison, MN! We spent Thursday to Sunday with the family. What a relaxing and wonderful weekend!

Due to the cool weather we spent much of our time around the bonfire. Which to be honest...was just perfect! Nothing better than hanging out around a campfire! We also spent time playing volleyball, making a trip to the casino, and a little swimming. I also enjoyed relaxing and reading my book.

If I could, I would try to get away like that every weekend! So much fun!!!

Mike and Kelly's Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

On Saturday we spent the day celebrating Mike and Kelly's last days of being single.
The boys spent the weekend in the cities. They started the morning off by taking a bus to the golf course for some good ole golfing. After golfing they made a stop to Lord Fletchers for some drinks and then headed back to our buddies place for a pork chop feed, bonfire, and the UFC match. Eric had quite a fun day!

The girls started the day off with a shower for Kelly and Mike. They got a ton of amazing gifts! After the shower we went back to Kelly's where the festivities began for the girls. We spent the afternoon in the pool, playing bean bag tournaments, eating, and hanging out. We also played some fun bachelorette games! In the evening we had a magnificient meal and then continued on with a bonfire and some drinks!

It was a perfect day and a great time!

Chase and Sasha get a bath

Eric and I gave the dogs their first bath of the summer last week. We try to give the dogs a few baths each summer to keep them clean. The reason for this bath was much needed...
I take the dogs for a walk everyday and the dogs love to explore. Well each time Chase likes to venture into the cow pasture. Dogs have this odd fascination with rolling in cow poop. Well...so does Chase. About once a year Chase makes an attempt for the poo. Chase decided to take a dive into the cow poop that day. So none the less to say...we thought it was a perfect time for a bath.

Sasha was a little ticked off at Chase because that meant she had to get a bath too! The dogs aren't too fond of getting sprayed down:)

After Sasha's bath she shook and rolled in the grass for about 10 mns. She just doesn't like to be wet. Pretty cute!
