Christmas 2015

Merry Christmas!

I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas!

I know we sure did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time together.

On Christmas Eve we spent the day at Josh and Erin's.

It was such a fun and relaxing day.

The kids did lots of playing and the adults

enjoyed visiting and catching up.

Erin decorated the house beautifully and

made a delicious meal for all of us.

On Christmas Day we spent the day with the Chap's.

Again, another lovely, peaceful and fun day!

We had yummy food and had a blast playing games.

The "hit" game was Pie Face.

362 days until next Christmas.

I love Christmas!  

And can't wait for next year.
I look forward to celebrating our 1st Christmas

in our new house next year!!!!

Cohen's Christmas Concerts

This last week Cohen had 2 Christmas concerts.  

Last Sunday Cohen was involved in his 

1st Christmas program at our church.  

He did a nice job singing and doing his part

of hanging a Christmas ornament on the tree.  

He also looked pretty handsome!

 My mom and dad were able to come up 

to watch his Christmas program.

That was a nice treat!

 On Tuesday Cohen had his last preschool concert. 

He got to be one of the three wisemen.

He was such a cute little wiseman.

I didn't get many pictures of him in his costume.

By the end of the program he was hot and wanted it off!

 Grandpa and Grandma came to watch.

It is so fun to watch Cohen growing up 

and participating in Christmas programs!

An old outfit...

30 some years ago when I was a little girl,

I had a Big Bird sweatsuit that I wore.

My mom saved this outfit for me to pass 

down to my little girl.

Well, this last week I was able to put this same outfit

on Brynlee that I wore back in the day.

Here is a picture of the two of us side by side.

Lots of resemblances!

So much fun to put Brynlee in an outfit that I once wore!

A visit to see Santa

We took our annual trip to visit Santa!

Cohen was super excited to see Santa.

So was Brynlee.  Until I put her on his lap.

Then she wasn't quite sure.

No tears.  But no smiles either.

Cohen told Santa all the things he wanted for Christmas.

His list includes: a guitar, Legos, a couple cars, and a 4 wheeler.

Hmmm...I wonder if Santa will be able to fit all of that

in his Santa bag?!??

Introducing Pixie...

Dash returned last week and brought a new friend along with him!

Pixie is Brynlee's new little elf friend!

Brynlee wasn't quite sure what to think of her.

Of course she wanted to touch her.

But you can't touch the elves!

They will lose their magic ;)

We celebrated the kids birthday's 

a couple of weeks ago.

It was such a fun night with family and friends!!
