Pumpkin Carving Time!

Tradition time!  

Last night we carved pumpkins!

The kids had a blast helping Eric carve the pumpkins.

Brynlee went for a happy pumpkin

and Cohen chose a scary pumpkin.  

Of course we had to light them up right away too.

They had so much fun carving with dad!!

They are super excited for Halloween tonight!!

Little Pumpkin Pickers!

A few weeks ago Cohen and Brynlee 

got to spend the day at my aunt Karen's farm!

Karen has begun writing children's books.  

For her 3rd book, she asked if Cohen and Brynlee

would be in her book...

"Little Pumpkin Pickers."  

So off to the farm they went!

They got to pick pumpkins, jump on hay bales, 

go for tractor rides, and check out all the animals. 

While they did this they were being photographed 

for her latest book!

I am so excited for her book to come out!  

Cohen and Brynlee were joined by some of their other cousins

 as well which will also be in the book.

It was a fun-filled day on the farm!

Amanda and Stephen's Wedding Day!

Last weekend was such an amazing weekend!

We watched our niece Amanda get married to Stephen!

They got married at a vineyard in Dassel.

It was an absolutely beautiful day.

Amanda and Stephen asked Cohen and Brynlee

to be a part of their special day.

Cohen was one of the ring bearers and Brynlee was a flower girl.

What a special memory for Cohen and Brynlee!!!

We are so happy that they got to be part of their day.

They both did a really nice job in the wedding.

They both made it down the aisle and stood very nicely

while the beautiful bride walked down the aisle.  

Amanda made the most beautiful bride.

And Stephen was pretty handsome too!!
