My little ham!!!

Cohen has turned into quite the little ham!

He has the cutest little giggle

and thinks he is hilarious:)

He was laughing hysterically at his

auntie Missy this last weekend.

Snapped a few good photos of his giggles!

Missy was being pretty darn funny!

Oh...how he continues to make us smile

each and everyday!

Amanda's Amazing Journey

This past weekend I watched

my lovely niece Amanda

cross the finish line after finishing a 60 mile journey!

Amanda walked along side her Grandma

in the Susan G. Komen-Race For a Cure race.

Her grandma was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago

and so in support of her Grandma,

Amanda decided to join the fight against cancer

by walking this year.

Amanda spent a lot of time fundraising

and training for this event!

It took a lot of dedication on her part.

This walk took her on an amazing journey

that was filled with excitement, challenge,

fulfillment, and reward!

...

Watching Amanda cross that finish line

was full of emotion for me as well!

I couldn't be more proud of her!

What an outstanding experience she just completed.

You are awesome Amanda!

A picture of Amanda after finishing the walk.
Walking toward the finish line!

Her cheerleaders!

Cohen was also cheering on his big cuz!

A super cute photo of mom and daughter!

...

Way to go Amanda!

We love you!

Robyn's night out!

Robyn celebrated one of her last night's

as a single lady this past Saturday.

Trav and Robyn are tieing the knot on 9.10.11.

To help her celebrate we planned a party in honor of her!

It was a great day filled with lots of stories,

laughs and FUN had by all!!!

We started the day out by hanging by the pool

for the afternoon.

After some sun we played some fun games.

We ended the night at a Fireman's Dance

where we enjoyed music from Diamondback.

The most adorable bachelorette!

The bride-to-be and her matron of honor (me) :)
Robyn and her lady friends from Cokato!

A pic with the lead singer from Diamondback.

Fun glasses huh?!? Love it!

...

We are down to 16 days until the "Big Day."

Can't wait to celebrate their special day!!

9 months

Cohen is 9 months!

We had a check up today...

1st one since his 6 month check up.

Here are the stats:

~ 22 lbs. (85%)

~ 29 inches (75%)

~ 47 1/2 head circumference (98%)

Still a big boy!

And he is definitely not a baby anymore:(

...

Cohen continues to amaze Eric and me everyday.

What is he doing this month??

~Cohen now pushes himself up from laying down

and goes into the sitting position.

~He also pulls himself up on things.

The couch, the crib, toys, you name it

and he pulls himself up on it.

~Cohen is not crawling yet, but very close.

~He scootches across the floor instead.

~He is eating fruits, veggies, and baby meals.

~He really loves any "big people" food that he can get.

~He says "mama" and "ball."

Mischevious little guy pulling himself

up on his table toy.

Uh-oh...

I peeked in on him and saw this!

He was holding on to the railing and shaking

himself back and forth.

And just a laughing!!

Cohen continues to be a super happy baby!

Every stage of his little life has been

so much fun!!

Fun, fun and more fun!

Another fun summer camping trip!

Last weekend we were in Waseca at Kiesler's Resort.

This campground is so much fun

and has so many kid-friendly activites!

From a waterpark to mini-golf,

hayrides to train rides...

they have a little something for everyone!

...

My parents bought Cohen and Carter

a battery powered John Deere tractor.

They brought it out for the boys to use.

Do you think they liked it?!? :)

Cohen in all his glory!
Carter giving Cohen a ride.

And Carter loved it too!!

We were trying to get them ready for bed...

I guess they didn't want to miss out on anything.

We got a hayride!

Some of my mom's family came out for the day.

It was fun to spend time with them!

...

The campground has themed weekends.

Last weekend was Halloween weekend.

Everyone decorates their campers and the kids

dress up in costumes.

They go from camper to camper trick-or-treating.

Cohen and Carter dressed up as lil' Harley dudes!

Cohen wasn't liking the glasses.

However he likes the aviators!

What a cool dude!

Cohen's 1st bath in a sink.

On Sunday the campground

had train rides for the kids.

It was the coolest train...

It was made from power wheels vehicles.

Carter rode on several of the cars.

He liked the truck!

Here are the boys in a monster truck.

...

Fun, fun, fun!

Chap Family Camping- 2011

This year we headed north to Mora

for Chap family camping.

The campground was really nice!

Our campsites were right on the lake.

Our camper was literally 10 feet from the lake.

The weather was nice for most of the weekend,

but it wouldn't be camping without a little rain:)

We spent much of the weekend swimming!

We had some visitors come up on the shore...

the kids loved feeding the ducks!

We also celebrated Roger's 55th birthday.

I think he had a fun day.
...
And of course, so did we!

My new adventure

I am beginning a new journey as an

independant consultant for the company Thirty-One.

Thirty-One is a company that offers

trendy and affodable purses, totes, and accesories.

Super cute stuff!!!

...

I was introduced to the company in April when my

team teaching partner invited me to her party.

At the time, I had 3 or 4 other parties

I had been invited to and all I could think was

"another party to go to."

Well, let me tell you...I am sure glad I went!

I immediately fell in love with the products!

My team teaching partner became a consultant

early on this summer and after seeing her passion

for the products as well as all the fun she is having,

I decided I wanted to give it a try too!

...

I signed up to be a consultant last week.

So far I have three parties booked

and a few others in the works.

Check out what Thirty-One has to offer...

The new fall kit...

Just a few of the items they offer.

(And they offer them in many other patterns too)

Here are some of the bags I got for myself

from the Spring/Summer line.

I love them!

Eric and Cohen also have bags:)

...

I am very excited to be a consultant for Thirty-One!

If anyone is interested in having a party, let me know!

I would love to do a party for you.
