Just hanging out...

Spring Break!

Ahhhhhh....

Let's kick up our feet and relax:)

4 month update...

We had our 4 month check up for Cohen today!

He is still growing...

17 lbs. 8 oz. (88th percentile)

26 1/4 inches (87th percentile)

44.4 cm (93rd percentile)

As our doctor put it, "He is a big boy!"

...

Cohen has started to grow his hair back.

He has pretty light, fuzzy hair!

I am thinking it might be blonde.

Blonde hair and blue eyes???

Hmmm...he might be a Remme afterall?!?

....

Cohen has started to do so many things over the last month!

~He is grabbing at anything and everything

he can get his hands on...his toys, clothes, my hair, earrings!

~He is very close to rolling over (from back to stomach)

~He is intruiged with sounds.

~He is constantly gnawing on his fists.

~And drooling a ton. (Could this mean he is teething??)

~He is finally holding his head up.

~And when he is on his stomach he raises his butt

and tries to scootch forward.

~Loves sitting in his bumbo chair!

~Tells us tons of stories!

~And continues to give us those adorable smiles!

...

Cohen's sleep patterns are up and down.

He was sleeping through the night for about a week.

Just when we were getting use to this

he decided to change it up on us:)

He has decided that he loves his nuk and needs it in at all times.

If it is not in, he lets us know.

We are up a few times a night giving him his paci.

He is like a light switch...nuk in, Cohen out!

Hopefully this is short lived:)

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

It was one year ago today that Eric and I

got the great news that we were pregnant!

Our lucky day!

It is amazing how much can change in just 1 year.

We got to experience the anticipation

and excitement of having a baby.

And ultimately we have been blessed with our sweet little boy!!

We dressed Cohen up in a little green today to celebrate!

His shirt reads "1 Lucky Kid."

Really though...we are "2 Lucky Parents."

I will always remember March 17th, 2010...my lucky day!

And now I have my little lucky charm:)

Our Little Guy Gets Baptized

We celebrated Cohen's baptism this past Sunday.

It was a really nice day with family!

Unfortunately Cohen wasn't feeling the best.

He came down with croup the day before the baptism.

He was prescribed a steroid to make him feel better.

Our doctor warned us that it may make him "irritable."

Well...he was a bit irratible:)

He cried through the entire baptism and church service.

He also cried throughout most of the afternoon.

Poor little guy!
