A Sad Good-Bye

Last week we said a sad good-bye to 

our sweet Sasha girl.

Sasha was such a good pup!  

In her early days she was filled with spunk

and had crazy amounts of energy!

She would run circles around us

each and everyday.

As she got older, she mellowed out.

Sasha loved to be petted, loved going for walks,

and loved playing with Cohen and Brynlee.

She was such a friendly, sweet girl.  

We got to enjoy this sweet pup for 9 good years.

She left us too soon.  

We are unsure of how or why she passed away. 

She seemed to be healthy and was completely fine

the evening before.   

She appeared to pass away peacefully.  

I truly believe she died of a broken heart.  

After Chase died she was never quite the same.

She always had a sad look in her eyes.  

I think she missed her good ole' buddy!  

Well, now she is back with her buddy!!!

Cohen had a special love for Sasha.  

He would spend hours playing with her 

and petting her.  

He loved Sasha so much.

I think she thought he was a pest.  

Ha!  But he sure liked her.

Sasha is going to be missed dearly.  

Both of these dogs are missed so so much!

4-wheeling weekend!

One of our favorite camping trips each summer...

4 wheeling weekend at the Webb's!

We get to spend the entire weekend 

on the 4-wheelers.  

The weather didn't cooperate very well for the weekend.

It rained.  And it rained a lot.  

Thankfully most of the rain came and night.  

It made the trails muddy but that is what makes it fun!

So we rode in the rain and mud!  

It was a blast!!!

So much excitement and thrill!!

And so many fun memories being made!!

Glad we got to enjoy the weekend with great friends!

Fun in the summer!

We have thoroughly enjoyed summer!

August has been a busy month of fun.

We have enjoyed vacation bible school, camping,

trips to the pool, the Corn Carnival, 

and Cohen went on a 5 day trip to Brainerd.

Two Rivers

Every year we look forward to camping at Two Rivers

with this crew of people!  

Last weekend was the weekend.

It was a perfect camping weekend.  

Not too warm and not too chilly and lots of sun.

We enjoyed swimming, going for walks, 

playing min-golf, swimming the river, 

and of course floating the river was a highlight!!

We love spending time with these people!!!

 Eric, Cohen and I took a trip down the river this year.  

It was a 2 hour ride down the river.  

Such a fun ride!
